Great, my brokerage fired me as of Oct 9th. I’m not taking these posts down. These “investors” waste time and go into people’s homes and don’t follow through. They claim to have done over 700 renovations but their website only displays 14. Who knows if they really own those houses they post! They are scammers and they can’t be doing this to people and homeowners. Daniel Tromello of Precision Homes / ResolutionVC is a SCAMMER! I sent him the permits and pics on Sep 23rd and he signed on Sep 24th and went into the house on the 25th. I had emailed his acquisition manager the permits and Daniel signed the next day. I don’t trust them at any costs. It was frustrating going back and forth with them because they don’t follow contract deadlines and I told them if they wanted to cancel early on. This was for an off market property as well. I was able to get the seller to agree to so many concessions. At no extra cost!!! And they still wanted a ridiculous discount. We are not under contract anymore and he will never be my buyer. I’m free to post whatever I choose. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!! ❌ They’ll offer full price and then not make any earnest money deposit and then they’ll under cut the home price by $150,000+ and then cancel on you for dumb reasons like “not off-market, not fully renovated, not enough parking”. Even though they saw pictures of the property before. They will do inspections and offer to pay your commission. Here are the contracts they signed and I prepared for them. THEY DON’T FOLLOW THROUGH ON ANY CONTRACTUAL OBLIGATIONS. If they really wanted a lower price, you shouldn’t have signed then. I blurred out the seller / buyer’s agent information because they’re not at fault. They will make escrow, title, the client, the agents, all wait until the very last minute before asking for a discount. They all witnessed it. I’ve got texts, emails, and calls too. I’ll never do a deal with these people ever again—no matter what they say or do. This was why I filter out. I care about people and my clients. Home prices are up from July 2024 by 0.3%. Bringing the median SFH home price in LA County to $911,360. Unsold Inventory in Los Angeles County is up almost 25% from last year and 1% gain in sales from July 2024 to July 2025. Median Days on Market is at 27 which is actually faster than in July 2024. That means homes that are listed now are selling at a faster rate. Plus we are seeing mortgages trend at their lowest in 11 months, so you should buy now if you can afford to! Lock in your rate and save money. If you’re a homeseller and you aren’t selling—consider dropping your price, making value upgrades, and seeing what houses are selling in your area. No they won’t. Historically speaking, the winter and fall seasons are the slowest. There’s just a huge influx of homes that are overpriced right now and so much inventory building up; that however low the rate is, sellers are still pricing it too high. Sellers are overpricing the home more than the mortgage rate anyway. Homes are not selling fast enough. 5.80 - 6.50 are the new normal mortgage rates. Possibly may go to 7.00 at the end of the year. I honestly don’t see retail buyers coming back to the market until next Spring and Summer of 2026.Button
